Australia

Shipping Australia-wide (all States and Territories) is a flat-rate of $10 (exclusions apply).

Exclusions include large bulky and/or heavy items such as large canvases, 1:1 replicas, bulk or multiple item orders, movie props and other items requiring specialist care and custom shipping. Before placing an order, or if you are unsure if your items falls into this category, please contact goatnation.com.au for a shipping quote.

Rest of the World

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the total number of items and cost of your order including the availability of your items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Delivery Timeframe

Generally, any order received up to 11am on a Sunday, will be shipped the following day. Any order received after 11am on a Sunday, will be shipped by the Monday of the following week (not the next day, but the following Monday - so the 2nd Monday).

The delivery timeframe in Australia is between 2-12 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and include handling time, destination postcode and time of acceptance and will depend on the shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment.

Certain items are shipped direct from the supplier by way of 'drop ship'. If an item falls into this category, it will be disclosed in the description that the item is being shipped direct from a third party.

Delivery timeframes, whether from GoatNation or a third party, may vary especially during peak periods or if Public Health Orders or other Government imposed directions are in place.

Returns

Change of Mind

GoatNation does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, you are liable for all shipping costs of the returned item and the replacement item. The item must be returned to GoatNation in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer and all product packaging (if applicable) must be unbroken, unopened, sealed and intact.

You must contact GoatNation to discuss any exchange within 7 days of receiving the item at your nominated address.  

GoatNation reserves the right to refuse any return of an item due to change of mind. 

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Items sometimes become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect that makes the items unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item, please contact GoatNation immediately via the email contact@goatnation.com.au.

In this instance, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the item that has the issue. We will review the photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss the options available.

GoatNation will only issue refunds, exchange products and/or issue store credit if the damaged or defective item is returned to us in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer. 

GoatNation reserves the right not to reimburse postage costs unless it expressly approves of the item being returned to us. Therefore, it is very important that if your item is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving that item at your nominated address to discuss next steps.

Vintage and Older Stock Items

All vintage and older stock items (which are generally older releases that are out of the standard warranty periods) are sold as is.

All sales on vintage and older stock items are final and non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on vintage and older stock items.

Clear, concise photos are included as part of the description. We encourage you to read all item descriptions.

If you are a hard-core collector and have any questions about any aspect of the item you are interested in, we encourage you to make contact before purchase.

When buying vintage and older stock items, you understand that you are purchasing a vintage or older stock item and there may be age related wear to the item and/or packaging including light damage and fading. In some instances, the item may contain demo batteries which may have corroded with time and may affect the operation of the item.

For any gaming related hardware or software, the items are sold as is and we cannot guarantee that the item will operate successfully even if you have the correct gaming console, technology and internet connection.

We offer no warranties or guarantees with any of our vintage and older stock items. These items are sold as is.

Refunds

All refunds are at the discretion of GoatNation. Unless your item is deemed defective or is different from what was advertised you will not be entitled to a refund. 

In the event of a refund, you will receive your money in the same manner and currency in which you paid for the item (PayPal).

How a refund is credited depends on how the original payment was made.

If you paid with your bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance.

If you paid by credit card, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.  

Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) at Paypal’s current currency exchange rate. GoatNation is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates.
